I called about a part that was needed for my truck and was quoted $300 for the part and installation. I go to have it installed and they find that I have broken wires as well so I asked how much more it would be to fix the wires as well and was told about $145 more so I said ok fix them as well. After everything was supposedly fixed I ended up paying $672.67 nowhere near what I was quoted. 3 days later my check engine light came back on. I crawled under the truck and the part that was suppose to be fixed wasn’t so the wrong part was ordered and installed. I called and made another appointment for 5/15/26. I went to the appointment and instead of them making things right because they ordered the wrong part I was told I could purchase the part and they would install it. First of all it’s not my fault the wrong part was ordered and installed to begin with. Will never purchase another vehicle from here and will go elsewhere for service. Not a professional way to run a business when the mistake was made by the service department.

GREAT JOB SUPPLYING A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. MR. CAMP BOYD IS TO BE COMMENDED FOR HAVING A PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. HE MADE SURE THAT I WAS INFORMED AT ALL TIMES OF THE MECHANICAL PROGRESS WITH MY VEHICLE. TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF OF THE ASPECTS OF HIS POSITION. ALL AROUND GREAT GUY!!

Everyone was nice, my credit was terrible and you were able to get me in a car. I just never saw the car or test drive it before loan was done. Im not 100% satisfied i would have preferred the equinox. I called back 2 days later the equinox was a 1000.00 difference ask if I could come look at it, could we add the difference on the loan or what were my options. I was told by salesman this was the only car you could put me in.

Robbie Singletary is wonderful to work with and is always accommodating to work as hard as needed to work out a fair deal. My wife and daughter bought a car from him just a week after I did.
